Abstract

The importance of building a health ecosystem is clear, how to do so remains a question. While there isn’t a unique approach to building digital services, health insurers might have preferences. However, it is important they understand the implications of each approach.

This report provides our view on approaches that health insurers are adopting to improve customer service with a focus on claims handling while building dedicated health ecosystems.
