Umpqua Bank launched Go-To, a Human Digital Banking platform that blends technology with specially trained bankers to create a personal banking experience for all customers, regardless of income or assets. Go-To leverages existing technology — secure text and video chat in a stand-alone app, combined with a back end platform for associates — to provide every customer their own personal banker devoted to their specific financial needs.
