Europe, the Middle East and African life and health insurers continue to invest in technologies to make their business more efficient. What are their business plans and IT priorities for 2020? Are there specific initiatives they prioritize?

In total, 29 EMEA life and health insurance CIOs, CTOs, or architects participated to our survey of life and health insurance in EMEA. This report shows the main findings of this year’s survey for life and health insurers in EMEA.
