Abstract

欧州/ 中東/ アフリカ(EMEA)地域の生命/ 医療保険会社は、ビジネス効率を高めるためにテクノロジーへの投資を続けている。2020年彼らの事業計画およびIT優先順位は？彼らが優先している具体的な取組みはあるか？

毎年セレントは、欧州/ 中東/ アフリカ地域を含む様々な地域の保険会社CIOの調査を行っている。

ポストデジタルの時代に認識されているCIOの役割(複数回答可)

本年次レポートにおいて、セレントはビジネスの優先順位、IT予算および投入された支出について調査している。この調査は、29社の生命保険会社のCIO、CTO、又は事業計画立案者が参加し、2020年EMEA地域における生命保険会社についての調査結果を示している

セレントの調査開始後に、EMEA地域の多くの国でCOVID-19ウィルスの感染が広がった。本レポートの最後のセクションでは、COVID-19ウィルスのEMEA市場への影響について考察し、今後数年間の予想を述べている。
