Abstract

To understand the investment required to expand to the group health line of business, insurers need to identify the business capabilities needed to operate in this segment. Indeed, group health insurance requires specific capabilities. In addition, we think it is important that insurers understand the major trends impacting health insurance so they can anticipate the impact on their organization.

This report provides our insights and recommendations for insurers willing to make the move from individual to group health insurance. It provides:
