Snap poll reflect questions posed by members of the research panel. This question came about as a member was trying to get a sense of the success rate of upgrades. This poll was conducted March 12, 2020. The questions asked were:

  • Have you done a core system platform version upgrade in the last three years?
  • How long did it take?
  • Did it come in on time?
  • Did it come in on budget?
