2. Agiliux Retail allows Brokers to manage retail channels like direct selling via website or agency portal or app into a single platform. It can be integrated with one or multiple Insurance Companies for pulling product details real-time, premium calculation and policy issuance.
3. Agiliux CRM offers an integrated Customer Support application, with self-service portal or app for customers to check policy status, renewal or submit claim and an omnichannel helpdesk system for customer service team.
