SENIG AUTOMAÇÃO is a technology service provider specialized in EDI that allows the exchange of different types of documents between companies in an automated and safe way, integrating the logistics and insurance sector.

Operating since 2015 for the insurance market, SENIG AUTOMAÇÃO has sought space in a highly qualified and restricted environment, as is the market for software developed for the insurance area. New solutions that are more automated, faster and effective are some of the premises that guide all the work developed by SENIG AUTOMAÇÂO.

And it is with this goal of new solutions for old problems that difficult or slow processes within companies, in which are based all software and applications developed by SENIG AUTOMAÇÃO. The company's entire work structure and service provision are planned conceptually and in detail since the first partners conversations, long before the company was formed.

Initially, SENIG AUTOMAÇÃO products were developed to serve the insurance market, especially for all branches of Marine Insurance (Inland Transportation, Import and Export of Goods and Carriers Insurance), which shippments must be declared before the risk starts to the insurer in order to get insurance coverage.

During these years of operation, SENIG AUTOMAÇÃO managed to consolidate itself in a highly competitive and restricted market, being respected not only by the insurers with which it operates, but mainly by the customers (insurance brokers and insureds) who felt in the services of our company great differences, where not only technology and clarity in operational processes stand out, but also personal and fast service required for all electronic shippment declarations related to the Marine Insurance’s is needed.

The products developed by SENIG AUTOMAÇÃO are based on the following assumptions:

• Process automation;

• Information Security and Management;

• Transaction controls;

• Transaction data encryption;

• Facilities in management panels;

• Communication between Insured, Insurer, Insurance Broker/Agencies;

• Treatment and monitoring of marine insurance declarations by all involved parties

Over these years, SENIG AUTOMAÇÃO has been growing solidly and consistently and due to the recognition of customers (insureds and insurance brokers mainly) and some market changes (AT&M's purchase by NSTech mainly), the growth process will be accelerated in 2022.

At the end of 2021, 4 new contracts were signed with insurers, increasing the number of companies served from 2 to 6, that is, a growth of 300%. Of these 6 insurers, 2 of the new contracts are with the first and leading insurers in the Brazilian Marine Insurance ranking (position 1 and 2) and 4 are among the 10 largest insurance companies in the Marine Insurance sector.

In addition, conversations have already started with other insurers interested in its software and applications and way of work. In addition, Senig is in advanced negotiations with some insurance brokers, aiming to replace the current provider for electronic shippment declaration by SENIG AUTOMAÇÃO, which could quickly increase and multiply the current number of clients.

2022 and 2023 promise to be of great growth and challenges for Senig Automação.
