MGA Systems, Inc. is a privately held company headquartered in Okemos, Michigan. We have successfully assisted program administrators, MGAs and insurance carriers with Insurance Management System (IMS), our policy administration system and NetRate, our 50-state ISO©-based commercial lines rating solution.
IMS allows its users to quote, bind, endorse, invoice and issue policies. It includes: event driven workflows, insured tracking and clearance, company and market management, robust accounting (payables, receivables, support for foreign currency, multiple account bookkeeping, commissions, bank management and budgeting), automatic invoicing and document management of forms and conditions and warranties. IMS also has standard and custom reporting, such as carrier data feeds and bordereaux, integrated claims management and electronic storage in a paperless repository.
We also provide NetRate, a powerful rating application, that includes the submission, underwriting, rating, quoting, issuance and reporting processes inherent in commercial insurance distribution. We excel in providing Commercial Auto, General Liability, Property, Inland Marine and Crime rating solutions in all 50 states. NetRate also supports nationwide workers' compensation for NCCI and bureau states. NetRate provides custom solutions for professional liability, cyber liability and more. Our approach is to provide our clients with a custom rating application that suits the unique needs of MGAs and program administrators. We provide integration to third-party data sources and services to speed up the quoting and reporting processes.
