Slingshot Aerospace is a defense focused advanced analytics and signal processing company that transforms vast amounts of complex, and often unstructured remote sensing and signal data (derived from commercially available satellite, aerial, drone imagery and ground based sensors) into actionable insights for customers in defense, aerospace, disaster response and insurance. For insurance, our claims triage solution leverages commercially available earth observation data to estimate post-CAT damage severity for P&C carrier’s policyholders. To do this, we leverage a suite of advanced geospatial analytics to rapidly identify damage incurred to policyholders, which reduce a carrier’s operational costs by reducing claims leakage, claims severity, and risk of fraud.
