Silverlake Symmetri Branch Delivery System (BDS) is the front-end solution for bank branches. It provides banks with an integrated, centralized solution for customer relationship management and branch banking services. BDS supports a complete customer and account servicing proposition for retail banks that helps bank tellers better serve their clients and carry out over-the-counter cash and non-cash transactions quickly and efficiently. It also provides vault and cash management capabilities for the branch.

Embedded Customer Relationship Management(CRM) component helps the bank to deliver a superior banking experience by providing staff with a single, accurate 360-degree view of customer relationships and holdings in the bank; improve service by recording customer interactions in case management and helps to deliver timely, pertinent, coordinated sales messages and value propositions in campaign management.
