Neutrinos’ Lead Management solution for insurance enables insurance agents/brokers to manage and organize the entire lead nurturing lifecycle. It provides agents the capability to manage leads, keep track of policies sold, status of ongoing deals, and to schedule events such as tasks and appointments, all from a single workbench. The solution leads to powerful business outcomes including faster sales, improved customer experience, better agent experience and a well-monitored and well-governed sales process. Aviva’s lead management solution, built on the Neutrinos platform, nearly eliminated the issue of good leads going stale due to aging. Unattended lead aging dropped from 14+ days to less than 3 hours, and conversion rates improved by more than 50%.

The solution, built on Neutrinos Composable Innovation Platform, is fully digital and cloud native, yet can fit seamlessly into the insurer’s existing application and process landscape as well as vendor networks.   • Manual or bulk import of leads: The system enables agents to either create leads manually one by one or bulk import the leads and re-assign them to self or team.

  • Generic Notifications: Based on business needs the notifications rules can be configured with ease. The system comes handy with generic in-app notifications such as Upcoming Appointment, Overdue Tasks/Appointments etc.
