Overview

Neutrinos’ Lead Management solution for insurance enables insurance agents/brokers to manage and organize the entire lead nurturing lifecycle. It provides agents the capability to manage leads, keep track of policies sold, status of ongoing deals, and to schedule events such as tasks and appointments, all from a single workbench. The solution leads to powerful business outcomes including faster sales, improved customer experience, better agent experience and a well-monitored and well-governed sales process. Aviva’s lead management solution, built on the Neutrinos platform, nearly eliminated the issue of good leads going stale due to aging. Unattended lead aging dropped from 14+ days to less than 3 hours, and conversion rates improved by more than 50%.

The solution, built on Neutrinos Composable Innovation Platform, is fully digital and cloud native, yet can fit seamlessly into the insurer’s existing application and process landscape as well as vendor networks. This provides a means of incremental, derisked and fail-fast new business operations transformation without disruptive core technology shifts.

Key Features

  • Manual or bulk import of leads: The system enables agents to either create leads manually one by one or bulk import the leads and re-assign them to self or team.

  • Events: Capability to create, manage and track tasks, task overview alerts, and scheduling appointments with customers. Ensure customer channel preferences are honored and no appointments are missed through systematic event management.

  • Voice and Video Calling: The system enables agents to directly make voice calls to the customers or schedule video conferencing sessions. The voice calls are recorded by default and the video conferencing session allows the agents to record the session, share screen, chat etc.

  • Lead Management (360° customer view): The system enables the agents to have a consolidated view of all the leads created/assigned to self or the team. A 360° holistic view of each lead provides the agent with a complete snapshot of customer contact information, deals, documents associated, audit logs for tasks/appointments created for the lead, and voice and video call logs that give complete context on prior discussions with the prospect.

  • Deal Management: The system enables the agent to create individual deals to be created and mapped with customer profiles which can independently be tracked against the deal pipeline to track and view the progress of policy selling.

  • Customizations: The system enables the organization to set up the application as per the business needs. Some customization features include 'Custom Lead/Deal Field Configurations and Field Dependencies', 'White-lablelling' (custom logo & theme), Voice & Video Call Outcome Configurations, Deal Pipeline Configurations, Lead Scoring Configurations etc.

  • Generic Notifications: Based on business needs the notifications rules can be configured with ease. The system comes handy with generic in-app notifications such as Upcoming Appointment, Overdue Tasks/Appointments etc.

  • Dashboard: The system enables the agents, agency and business leaders to view a statistical dashboard for self and team's activities and performance.
