Cloud computing is a huge component of digital transformation and technology modernization efforts for insurers. Some early adopters started cloud journey well before 2015, while the majority started utilizing cloud in the last 5 years. We surveyed insurance companies about their cloud usage and sought their input about its value realization and worthiness.

We were fascinated by the responses we received for the survey. The data from the survey provides great insights into value and ROI realized from cloud computing, and some of the key challenges encountered.
