Abstract

The past two years have been challenging for EMEA P&C insurers due to the pandemic situation. However, they have managed to adapt quickly to this challenge. As we enter 2022, our annual survey results indicate that EMEA insurers are planning to get back to normal. They will continue to invest in technologies to support business growth in priority.

Artificial Intelligence or Data Analytics Use Cases Adopted (% of insurers)

With this annual report, Celent examines business priorities, IT budget and investment being launched. In total, 35 EMEA general insurance CIOs, CTOs, or architects participated to our survey of in EMEA. This report shows the main findings of this year’s survey for general insurance in EMEA.
