Abstract

Implementing changes has always required various human and technology resources. Insurers have generally employed specific processes to plan, execute, manage, and monitor changes within their organisation. However, the way changes are approached is also impacted by digitisation.

Designing An Insurer for Technology Change

To help facilitate self-service change and provide tooling supporting change, insurers have been increasingly looking at low code no code platforms. This report provides a description of IT vendors and their offerings in the low code no code platform area. It profiles 19 IT vendors and is not restricted to a specific geography. Each vendor is profiled using the same structure, starting with a synoptic table presenting the company and its solution. Celent describes each solution’s features and functions, customer base, and technology as well as the initial installation model.

The vendors profiled in this report are: AdvantageGo, Appian, Caspio, Charles Taylor InsureTech, CoverGo, FlowForma, GoDB Tech, Innoveo, Intellect Design Arena, Majesco, Mendix, OWIT Global, Sapiens, ServiceNow, SS&C Technologies, Sureify, Veritran, VERMEG, and WaveMaker Inc.
