Not quite what you might have thought

In its sixth incarnation, Money 20/20 attracted more than 11,000 participants, more even than Sibos held the week before in Toronto. While such a mammoth conference will inevitably have something for almost everybody, I left Vegas with three key impressions around interest in Artificial Intelligence, the primacy of the Ecosystem, and the importance of the Customer Experience.
