Abstract

Life insurers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa have different opinions about policy administration systems and the vendors with whom they work.

This report supplements a report that profiles life policy administration systems (PASs) and the IT vendors that sell them in EMEA: EMEA Policy Administration Systems 2019: Life, Annuities, and Pension ABCD Vendor View, published in December 2019. Seventy-eight life insurers in EMEA provided their evaluation of various policy administration systems offered on the market.
