Since our beginning (1983), Andesa has been the market leader in COLI/BOLI policy administration services as we were founded and built to support this market. We know the industry and have the corresponding tools to support Group-level transactions while still providing full support at the individual policy level when needed. We support dozens of complex products and riders popular in the COLI/BOLI market as well as supporting variable/separate-account funds. The PAS solution provides New business functionality for both carrier users and brokers/agents. This includes running illustrations and e-App support for both Corporate and Individually-Owned scenarios. The supporting PAS components provide home-office and broker/agent support to ensure ongoing administration/management of inforce policies including billing, beneficiary, address/contact info and many other administrative functions. Recently, Andesa also implemented a full-service TPA team which provides back-office support such as premium payments, scanning, death claim adjudication and demographic policy changes.
Our Policy Administration solution can be deployed discretely or in concert with new business processing/enrollment, illustration and reporting solutions. This results in uniquely accurate in-force policy value calculations, from any date, updated nightly and available at any time. Undo/redo and corrective processing are similarly seamless. Both the application and policy information are hosted in our secure, private cloud environment, allowing for “anywhere, anytime” data access and minimal risk of catastrophic loss. Our Policy Administration solution is configured to meet the product and processing needs of each individual carrier. Andesa recognizes that one size does not fit all clients. While implementing TPA Services we take a value-added approach, relying on detailed dialogue and analysis to define what is needed to most effectively service your customers.
