OIM (Operational Information Module) is a module developed to allow insurance companies to meet regulatory information requirements. It receives information from operational systems and prepares reports and files required by SUSEP (Brazilian Regulatory Agency).
Module generates information required by SUSEP, accounting, and a number of calculations and validations.
OIM can be interfaced to any P&C and Life Insurance system.
It makes it possible that an insurance company can use a local or international system that does not to have local regulatory and accounting functionalities. It saves a lot of time and money in the implementation process and reduces system maintenance cost.
ITG has been helping many companies to adapt their intrernational systems to operate in Brazil, by explaining which information is mandatory to have in their systems and how to interface them with OIM.
