It offers quote, policy, billing and claims servicing to agencies, prospects, policyholders, claimants, etc. Carriers may offer our IntelliXform platform with their current Agency Portal or Policyholder Portals. Alternately they may leverage IntelliXform’s web portals.

While we support integration with older core systems using data interfaces, our preferred approach is API based real time integration

Our web portals and mobile app improve collaboration and customer relationship management between carriers, agencies, policyholders, claimants and other entities in the value chain using our state of the art Collaboration APIs. Video calls as well as text chat are fully supported between multiple users with a complete audit trail and without the need to lookup phone numbers
Disconnected mode
IntelliXform’s mobile app utilizes a disconnected mode for continued operation without Wi-Fi or cell coverage for most features
Integrated AI solutions
IntelliXform provides native out of the box integration with our injury reporting IntelliFROI solution as well as our loss reporting IntelliFNOL solution. Our AI based algorithms support all of these solutions.
