VCA’s unique application structure allows claim handlers to link Managing Agents, Lloyd’s Broker, Cover Holder and Retail Agents to a specific claim file. In addition, the claim handler can further define the breakdown of the Certificate Allocation, UMRs, and individual reference numbers on the file. Once defined, all parties will have access to the claim via our secure claims portal, and Lloyd’s standard reports can now be generated for each party as required.
