Infosys BPM insurance practice offers business process outsourcing and platform solutions to clients across Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty (P&C), Retirement Services, Reinsurance and Group insurance segments. More than 2,000 professionals provide middle and back office services in 15 languages to clients spread across the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, Brazil and Asia from 15 service delivery centers. We deliver end to end BPM services across several lines of business and products including Lie, Annuity, Retirements, Commercial, Specialty, Accident & Health, Professional lines, Personal lines, Employee Benefits. Besides the transactional services we support clients on complex and niche activities such as catastrophic modelling, actuarial support, premium auditing, statutory reporting, run off claims support, etc. We perform a full range of business processes across the value chain covering functions like Underwriting Support, Policy Administration, Claims, Risk & Actuarial, Finance, broker management/MGA/Coverholders management services, Reinsurance outwards and inwards, Human Resources and Learning and content development services. Infosys Insurance practice with its deep subject matter experts and enabling functions, services 120+ global insurance clients and all of our clients are marquee in nature and consume a variety of services from onshore and offshore based service delivery teams.
