Overview
RapidSketch is a diagramming tool used to quickly and easily draw residential and commercial properties. Often used by Appraisers, Insurance Inspectors, and Real Estate Agents, RapidSketch is used to create accurate floor plan layouts and instantly calculate square footage. RapidSketch is also beneficial for companies that need to provide their clients with professional diagrams quickly and easily.
RapidSketch is available for download and purchase for individual users. We also have multiple integration options available for those companies looking to add sketching to their existing software system.

Arc a line at any time by using the mouse to drag out its center point or using the mouse wheel while drawing. Perimeter, as well as segment height, are shown allowing you to measure from inside or outside the home.

RECTANGLE TOOL
Easily draw one of the most common shapes; a rectangle, with the click of your mouse.
SHAPES
With the shape tool, it’s never been easier to draw octagonal decks, pentagonal sunrooms, or circular structures; and of course, the square footage is calculated for you!
ANGLE, RISE & RUN DISPLAY
RapidSketch automatically displays the angle and rise and run measurement as you draw. Now with either piece of information, you can draw the exact angle without the use of a laser meter or angle measurement tool. No more guesswork on those hard to draw high-value homes with strange angles!
FEET & INCHES
Choose between showing decimals or inches (and fractions of inches) when using feet.
REPORTS
You can now include a listing of the areas on your sketch (with square footage) when you print or save an image of your sketch.
IMAGES
Scan a set of blueprints and bring them into RapidSketch so they can easily be traced, maybe even bring in photos of insurance hazards with arrows depicting where the hazard is located on the property! Easily add images to your sketch. Move them around, resize them, send them to the back, trace them,

UNDO AND REDO
You don’t have to be afraid of mistakes anymore. Just hit Undo.

Use our standard symbols to quickly add interior features like stoves or sinks to your sketch. Can’t find the one you’re looking for? Make your own easily.
COPY AND PASTE
Easily copy anything on your sketch to your clipboard. Then paste it back into a sketch, or as an image into your documents! NEW: The “Copy Sketch To Clipboard” menu option makes it even easier to copy your entire sketch.
LABELS
Quickly add stock labels like “Basement” from our list of built-in labels. You can customize the list to fit your needs or type your own custom label on the fly.
