American Family has integrated MRS’s no-code platform with their existing technology to provide a seamless end-to-end life insurance buying experience for their customers.
MRS has built a consumer-facing e-App experience which allows prospective customers to fill out the life insurance interview online via a personalized link delivered through the MRS platform. The omni-channel features of the MRS platform also enable the life insurance interview to be completed by the MRS call center, which together with the online experience, provides a robust process to complete the application in a timely and convenient fashion.
