Overview

Silverlake Symmetri Direct Banking (DB) is online/internet banking solution for retail and corporate customers. It is a fully functional, scalable and secure electronic banking solution for use across multiple channels, from PC’s to tablets and smart phones, and accessible on multiple devices, and across all the major browsers. The solution consists of DB Retail Banking, which is mainly based on the banking requirements of retail customers, like fund transfers, utility payments, account portfolio, personal financial manager etc. and DB CorporateBanking, which primarily looks into the internet banking needs of corporate customers, like Trade Finance Instruments, Bulk transfers, Transaction Approvals etc.

Direct Banking is available as web banking platform and mobile banking platform (android and iOS).
