Today we are announcing the winners of Celent Model Insurer 2020 Awards. Our annual Model Insurer program was launched 14 years ago and recognizes the effective use of technology by insurers through their implementation of IT programs that epitomize best practices for technology projects.

The program in 2020 was again incredibly competitive. More than 70 insurers of all sizes from 32 countries submitted a total of 112 nominations. Such a high number of submissions of extraordinary quality across the board is another testament to the hard work going on in the industry, as companies continue to transform and innovate.
