Today we are announcing the winners of Celent’s Model Insurer Program 2022. This program was launched 16 years ago and recognizes the effective use of technology in different areas critical to success in insurance.
As the pandemic’s disruptive influence wanes, many firms are pivoting from surviving to thriving. “Thrive!” explores customer’s radically raised post-pandemic expectations and how institutions must pivot to meet them. Thriving in this environment requires skillful use of new tech, new customer engagement strategies and agile organizations. Model Insurer winners provide practical insights and examples of innovation.
The program in 2022 was again incredibly competitive, with 95 nominations coming from insurers headquartered in 28 countries from around the world. Such a high number of submissions of extraordinary quality across the board is another testament to the hard work going on in the industry, as companies continue to transform and innovate.
