Celent is pleased to recognize Toggle as Model Insurer of the Year for 2022. Toggle is an innovation lab within Farmers Insurance Group that has become an operating division with its own brand. It was established to develop products tailored to the unique needs of the next generation of insurance consumers. Two products have been launched—renters and personal auto—with more to come. This case study explores Toggle's approach to innovation, the products the company built, the results it achieved, and future plans.
