Abstract

Innovation & Insight Day explored how insurers and financial institutions are leveraging technology in innovative ways to differentiate themselves in the increasingly competitive and challenging marketplace. The event covered a variety of best practices and offered a sneak preview into the future trends of the industry. The event also served as a showcase for the winners of Celent's annual Model Bank Awards and Model Insurer Awards.
