At the beginning of 2020, the future looked bright. Budgets were up; insurers were investing in innovation and growth; data and insurtech initiatives continued to thrive. And then March hit. Insurers initially reacted by implementing work from home policies. Technology priorities changed – dramatically for some. Insurers are now engaged in recovery – putting projects and processes in place to easily get back to ‘normal’ when possible.
