      Winner of the 2025 Model Risk Manager Award for AI and GenAI
      18th June 2025
      //DBS: Ethical GenAI at Scale

      DBS Bank’s Responsible AI and Data Use (RDU) Framework is a cornerstone of its approach to data and AI governance. It is the practical application of the bank’s commitment to ethical innovation and risk management. It governs not just how the bank’s data is managed, but how it is used in DBS’s AI initiatives. It ensures both data and AI are used responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with DBS’s values.

      The framework sustains confidence and trust in the over 800 AI/ML models. In the last year, DBS has used it to roll out over 20 GenAI use cases across the bank.

      Here is an interview with Sameer Gupta, Chief Analytics Officer at DBS on how they have changed their governance approach for GenAI.

      A highlight reel of DBS Bank's initiative, along with a one-page overview are available to everyone. A full-length case study report diving into this initiative is only available to Celent's subscribers. Please log in to access this report.
