In this follow-on to Celent's The Digitally Empowered Agent, Celent surveyed key executives at P&C insurance companies on their view of the state of technology they offer to their agents. We ask what insurers have done implementing technology, expanding data integrations, and offering portal functionality. Our goal is to establish a baseline to monitor and review insurers' efforts over time.
