Michael spent 10+ years leading product, digital customer experience, and technology strategy in the retail banking industry at multiple U.S. regional banks. His career in financial services spans core and data technology, consulting, consumer healthcare digital technology, and retail banking with Webster Bank, People’s United Bank, and M&T Bank.

As a longtime member and former Chair for the national Digital Channels Committee of the Consumer Bankers Association, Michael has worked with peers across the industry to address challenges and opportunities in digital product management, customer expectations, regulatory outlook, and market evolution.
