An accomplished digital banking leader based in Connecticut USA, Michael has over 20 years’ experience in technology, strategy, and business development across several industries. He has spent his career delivering meaningful strategic roadmaps, innovative measurement frameworks, and multi-channel customer experience technologies.

Michael has spent 10+ years leading product and customer experience in the retail banking industry as a digital channels owner at several U.S. banks. As a former Chair for the national Digital Channels Committee of the Consumer Bankers Association, Michael has worked with peers across the industry to address challenges and opportunities in digital product, customer expectations, and market evolution.

Michael began his financial services career in core and data technology, at Massachusetts Mutual Life, before moving into consulting, consumer healthcare application technology, and finally retail banking with Webster Bank, People’s United Bank, and M&T Bank.

He holds a BA in Political Science from Providence College.
