The beginning of a new year marks a turning point including new resolutions but more importantly a tradition for us at Celent: our predictions. Last year, Jamie Macgregor described five things that would influence the shape of the insurance technology landscape. This year will not escape the tradition and in line with what Jamie exposed, we think there are four factors that are going to play a stronger role in insurance technology in 2019 and beyond.
