Snap poll reflect questions posed by members of the research panel. This question came about as a member was trying to get a sense of how other insurers were responding to COVID-19 with work from home and whether they had formally enacted their BCP plans. This snap poll was conducted on March 19, 2020. The questions asked were:

• Have you officially evoked your BCP plans? Yes/No
• If no, are you performing crisis management strategies but stopping short of declaring a disaster?
• Have you enacted work from home?
• Yes - mandatory for all employees
• Yes - mandatory for some employees (can you give some color here?)
• No - voluntary for employees
• Not at all
