Abstract

この取り組みは、データドリブンな360度顧客ビュー、予測アナリティクス、人工知能/ 機械学習エンジンの組み合わせにより、ファイナンシャルプランナーが、顧客の最新保険商品ポートフォリオとデータに基づいて作成された類似の属性顧客（「Someone-Like-You」）のポートフォリオをベースに生成される分析レポートを顧客に提供可能とした。

この取り組みの優れた点は以下の通り。

  • 1,000以上の顧客属性を幅広く使用していること
