Improve or Perish!: EMEA Life Insurers’ Perspectives on Life Policy Administration Systems
Abstract
What is a life policy administration system? What life insurers use them for? What do they think of their components, features and functions? Does their technology meet their expectations? Do they value their partnerships with life policy administration system vendors? Are there particular aspects they think should deserve better attention from vendors? All these questions are central to life insurers. However they are tough to address prior to choosing a life policy administration system and a vendor partner.
This report provides the results of our 2023 Europe, Middle East and Africa life policy administration system vendors' reference clients survey. The survey is based on a comprehensive questionnaire that captures the following information from insurers:
