Celent recognizes BMO (Canada) as the winner of the Model Bank 2019 Innovation Enablement Award for their initiative InnoV8, BMO’s Digital Accelerator.
BMO is focused on testing and developing new ideas to transform the customer journey in anticipation of the continued evolution of financial services.
InnoV8 enables BMO employees to actively participate in the innovation process, learn new skills from working with emerging technology, and foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. In its inaugural year, InnoV8 created three customer journey-aligned Proofs of Concept, which will be commercialized by the end of 2019.
