CaixaBank aims to offer all the payment options in just one app which is free for clients and easy to use. CaixaBank Pay lets clients send money directly to contacts without paying any fees and having to know the IBAN number of the addressee.
CaixaBank is well known as a leader in technology and innovation. Indeed, they are last year’s Celent Model Bank of the Year. CaixaBank set out a “top of wallet” strategy for their digital app, to ensure that they would remain central to their clients’ digital life.
