Abstract

EMEA life and health insurers start 2021 with uncertainties. Their attitude is to look forward with growth and customer retention in mind. However, they are not forgetting the usual topics in relation to regulation and compliance as well as how to grow their business in a sound manner (cost efficiency and process automation).

Expectations of when to get back to normal operations

With this annual report, Celent examines business priorities, IT budget and investment being launched. In total, 33 EMEA life and health CIOs, CTOs, or architects participated to our survey of in EMEA. This report shows the main findings of this year’s survey for life and health insurance in EMEA.
