Abstract

In a relationship business like life insurance, how do you dull the blunt edges of the technology in the sales process? Celent provides a blue print for a future where the agent uses technology to better identify leads, automates the right work, and becomes a service driven advisor. This blue print will consider agent needs around data, analytics, underwriting, and more.

This is the first in a series, where Celent will review how digitization can improve the insurers relationship and interaction with their agency force. In the process, the partnership can generate more sales, with improved retention, and lower acquisition costs.
