When MeCubro formed back at the start of 2018, the on-demand insurance market was nascent with few proven patterns to follow outside of auto or gadget insurance, and the range of commercial technology solutions available to insure customers on a pay-as-you-go basis was tinier still, especially when viewed from the vantage of Argentina.
