With its HolaBank program, CaixaBank has become the first bank in Spain to allow nonresidents in Spain to open a bank account and apply for and complete a mortgage online from their country of origin. Mortgage Now is also believed to be the first digital mortgage application platform in Europe that offers one single entry point and digital mortgage origination from 15 EU countries. It also supports online loan application processing in 22 languages.
