Enfuce provides cloud-based card issuing and processing services to fintechs as well as more established firms. Enfuce found that their customers have a need to respond to the very fast moving types of fraud that are being encountered in new digital ecosystems. They looked for a solution that could advanced protection against fraud, also through the cloud, and decided to implement Featurespace, which provides an advanced fraud and financial crime detection platform. Enfuce also offers a managed service around fraud alerting and investigation, because many of their customers do not have these capabilities inhouse.

The real-time cloud-based solution enables Enfuce to respond to frauds as they emerge and not only block transactions but quickly update their models with the newly discovered fraud vectors to prevent further similar fraud. This ability to respond to emerging fraud in the digital ecosystem is an important and innovative aspect of this project.
