DBS Bank launched an entirely new digital bank, digibank, across India, Singapore, and Indonesia. It was the first of its kind and offers modern functionality like 90-second account opening, wealth management, payments, and PFM. A foundational element of the bank is the conversational AI–enabled virtual assistant from Kasisto, allowing users to answer more than 10,000 different inquiries.
