SpeciFi from Citizens Investment Services is the first ever launch of a digital investment advisory service through a retail bank, in partnership with a fintech robo advisor and a third party clearing firm. SpeciFi is powered by core technology from SigFig Wealth Management (SigFig). While SigFig’s underlying technology is impressive in its own right, what makes SpeciFi truly innovative is how Citizens, in collaboration with SigFig and National Financial Services (NFS), integrated their respective technologies. In doing so, they created a customized, automated wealth management platform that delivers an exceptional customer experience. The delivery team brought SpeciFi to market in record time, with a live product less than eight months after signing an agreement with SigFig.
