With this annual report, Celent examines business priorities, IT budget and investment being launched. In total, 29 EMEA life and health insurance CIOs, CTOs, or architects participated to our survey of life and health insurance in EMEA. This report shows the main findings of this year’s survey for life and health insurers in EMEA.

Since we have launched our survey, the economy - in many of the EMEA countries - has been hit by the COVID-19 virus. We have considered the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the market in the final section of the report, explaining our predictions for the next couple of years.
