Every two years, Celent reviews and profiles LATAM’s P&C insurance policy administration systems. In February 2023, Celent published the LATAM P&C policy administration system vendor report, as well as the EMEA, APAC, and North American regional editions. As part of our review of the systems and vendors, we gather specific data about their client base. This report provides a view of the evolution of the installed base of these systems for the period of 2018–2022 (covering the last two editions of Celent's LATAM P&C PAS vendor reports). It attempts to answer several questions, including:

• Which trends influenced growth in the Latin America policy administration market for P&C insurance?
• Which vendors were successful in this market in recent years?
• Which countries and which sizes of insurers were the ones with more activity in terms of replacing PAS?
