It profiles most of the property casualty policy administration systems available in EMEA today. It uses Celent’s ABC vendor view, our standard representation of a vendor marketplace, designed to show at a glance the relative positions of each vendor in three categories: Advanced Technology, Breadth of Functionality, and Customer Base and Support. Insurers should consider which of these factors are most important and review the detailed profiles in this report to assess vendor suitability.

The report profiles 46 policy administration solutions, providing an overview of their functionality, customer base, lines of business supported, technology, implementation, pricing, and support. Of those solutions, 18 qualified for Celent’s ABC rankings. Their profiles include customer references and a Celent opinion of the solution. In addition, 28 additional vendors that did not meet the ABC criteria are profiled; these vendors are either new market entrants or, for various reasons, did not fully meet the inclusion criteria.
